Bryan Luce

Operating Partner

Bryan Luce is a seasoned operator, CEO, and mentor with a decade of deep involvement in the Search Fund ecosystem. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Endurance Search Partners, Bryan acquired and now leads a property services business in Palm Beach, where he has built significant enterprise value through hands-on leadership, operational discipline, and team development.

In parallel with his CEO role, Bryan serves as an Operating Partner on the Endurance investing team. This dual perspective—simultaneously operating and investing—is core to Endurance’s belief that the most valuable advice comes from those actively in the arena. In today’s dynamic environment, recency of experience matters. Bryan brings current, real-world insights to his work advising first-time Search CEOs and underwriting new investments, shaped by the same challenges and decisions search-backed leaders face every day.

Over the past five years, Bryan has guided dozens of searchers from sourcing to closing deals. He has created Endurance’s "LOI-to-Closing" playbook and toolkit, spearheaded the expansion of Endurance’s CEO and searcher resource library into a go-to destination for the ETA community, and most recently developed the SearchFundCareers.com job board to connect searchers with high-caliber interns.  Bryan has also served as a guest lecturer in the ETA program at Rice University. He has been invited to speak on panels and present on search fund topics at leading institutions including Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, and Columbia Business School, reflecting his ongoing engagement in and contribution to the ETA community. Deeply committed to the long arc of Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, Bryan helps Searchers and CEOs apply the model in practice, build lasting businesses, and lead with confidence.

His functional expertise spans team building, revenue operations, financial systems, marketing execution, pricing strategy and programmatic M&A—skills developed through a hands-on, field-intensive business serving affluent consumers.

Bryan earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career as a civil engineer, where he learned the importance of mentorship as a bridge between academic knowledge and real-world execution—an insight that continues to shape his operator-first approach today. He later held management roles in the energy industry after earning his MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.

Bryan serves on the Board of Simplify Life Group and is a member of the Investment Committee at Endurance Search Partners.
